Out before dawn (civil at 0730) to take photos today at 24 degrees (F). Until the trip to the Arctic Circle, no to very little wind and dressed for the known condition. In fact we both basically over dressed for the temperature.
Worked on understanding how black glass (8-10 stops), flowing water interact, and sunrise work. Received our Spyder4Elite today also so we can color calibrate our monitors.
We discovered, several weeks ago, mine was brighter than hers when on the same brightness setting and it was causing issues--now we can fix that.
Still working on understanding white balance. We can't decide between trusting the camera, using a card, or LR/PS techniques.
And we received an IR transmitter for our i-devices and are looking forward to playing with the bulb timer on our nikons.
